We offer three primary services for clients:

Recruitment
For companies looking to recruit staff we can provide a selection service where candidates are supplied from the database of individuals who have approached KDC to help them find a new position.
Another method is advertising; where KDC takes responsibility for producing and booking recruitment advertising on behalf of the client, subsequently dealing with all response, screening selected applicants and providing a fully documented shortlist of suitable candidates for client interviewing.
When appropriate, we can conduct a search (headhunting); where KDC identifies suitable candidates for a specific position using a mix of desk research, known contacts for "networking" and a systematic approach to identify all possible new contacts and sources.
It is sometimes appropriate to use a mix of these methods depending on the particular circumstances of the assignment. We treat each case separately. Having spent time with you learning about the company, the team and the particular position you are attempting to fill, we suggest what we believe to be the most effective method for successfully achieving your objective.
With all new clients (and on a fairly regular basis with existing ones), we like to arrange a site visit. Only by doing this can we get to understand the culture of an organisation and without such awareness it is very difficult to know whether or not a particular candidate has the right personality to fit in. For KD Consulting, being able to identify the right candidate beyond what the CV tells us is a crucial area where we add value. We pride ourselves on being able make excellent matches in terms of personality fit. It is where our reputation has been built and maintained and explains why we have never been required to refund a recruitment fee as a result of a failed placement.
