Kate Dann

Kate has specialised in recruiting for the research industry since 1985 and launched KD Consulting in 1989. Prior to this, she spent five years in market research covering client and supplier rôles. In her earlier career as Employment Advisor with the Manpower Services Commission, she was trained in assessment interviewing, career counselling and job evaluation.

Kate is a Fellow of the Market Research Society and has been an active contributor. She is a past Chairman of the Young/Alternative Research Group and BIG Conference.  She was a co-opted member of MRS Council in 1994. She has served as a committee member for Training and Education, Events and Regions and MRS Conference.

She currently sits on the MRS Professional Development Advisory Board.

Within the recruitment industry, Kate was Chairman of the Association Executive Recruiters from 1999 - 2001.
