Every single KDC recruitment consultant - past, present and future – is an ex research practitioner. Our industry knowledge from the inside enables us to provide candidates with accurate, expert assessments of relevant career opportunities and to provide clients with an insightful and honest view of the extent to which a candidate will meet their needs.
Our ethical standards are of the highest order and we abide by the strict code of conduct of the Association of Executive Recruiters.
We do not re-write CVs. We never paint a biased picture of a candidate's abilities to our clients. Similarly, we would never knowingly misrepresent a job description or salary scale.
Our consultants are not paid on a commission basis. We actively avoid the "sales" approach in all aspects of the recruitment process. This means we can always work with the best interests of our candidates and clients at heart.
